Michael S. McGraw Michael McGraw has worked with the R. G. McGraw Insurance Agency since 1988 after ten years in commercial lending with Fifth Third Bancorp. Mike is CEO and oversees the management of the agency. In addition to management, Mike spends most of his time with client relations and new business development. He is a Certified Insurance Consultant (C.I.C.) and received his undergraduate and Masters’ degrees from Vanderbilt and Xavier Universities, respectively. He lives in the eastern part of Cincinnati with his wife and four children. |
Tom Klinedinst, III CPCU W) 513-381-7881 ext. 105 Tom is a third generation insurance agent specializing in insuring family owned businesses as well as Non-profit organizations. Tom began his career as a Commercial Underwriter with U.S.F.&G. Company in 1988 and then Thomas E. Wood, Inc. in 1991 which evolved to become USI Insurance. Tom earned the CPCU designation in 1998 and presently serves as the Business Development and Marketing Manager for the R. G. McGraw Insurance Agency, Inc. He has been an Elder and Deacon with Knox Presbyterian Church, a Business Campaign Leader for United Way, serves as the Board Chairman for the Center for Chemical Addictions Treatment, and is the President of the Cincinnati Squash Racquets Association. Tom has a wife, Lori, and two children residing in Indian Hill, and is an avid Squash player and cook. |
Wendy Jo Hawn
Wendy joined the R. G. McGraw Insurance Agency in 2009, having 8 years insurance experience with independent agencies and Ohio Casualty. She is licensed in the state of Ohio, but she also has a non-resident license in many states. She enjoys music, art and photography. |
Clifton D. Kennedy Clif is a licensed insurance professional, producing commercial and personal lines of business for the agency. He has been in the property and casualty industry for 15 years. Clif is a Cincinnati native, growing up in Hyde Park and currently living in Northern Kentucky with his wife and two children. He attended Purcell High School and Stetson University in Deland, FL. |
Mark J. Roberto Mark has 25 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, and is a licensed agent in the State of Ohio. He is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (C.P.C.U.) with 17 years of underwriting & underwriting management with major insurance companies. Mark has been with R. G. McGraw Insurance Agency for 8 years as an Account Executive managing the relationship with an assigned group of risk management clients and their carriers, as well as producing business. Hope Porter Hope joined R G McGraw Insurance Agency in 1982 as the Secretary to the founder of the agency, Robert G. McGraw, and managed the Lawyers Professional Liability Program. She has 28 years experience in the Property and Casualty insurance industry and is a licensed insurance agent in the State of Ohio. She is a Commercial Lines Account Manager, managing the relationship with an assigned group of risk management clients and their carriers, including Habitational Risks, and continues to manage the Lawyers Professional Liability Program. Hope lives with her husband, dog and cat in Amelia and enjoys oil painting. |
Carolyn Nabors Carolyn has 28 years experience in the property and casual insurance industry, and is a licensed insurance agent in the State of Ohio. She has 17 years experience with major brokers in underwriting service and claims administration with both company claims adjustment and third party administrators. Carolyn has been with R. G. McGraw Insurance Agency for 8 years, managing the relationships with an assigned group of risk management clients and their carriers. She lives with her husband and two dogs in West Chester and enjoys her Kentucky cabin on weekends. |
David P. Conners David is a graduate of Purcell High School and the University of Dayton. He holds the professional designation of Group Benefits Associate from the International Foundation and the Wharton School of Business. David is also the current President of the Greater Cincinnati Health Underwriters Association. His area of specialty is assisting business owners in designing group health and employee benefit programs. David also serves on the Advisory Board for St. Peter Claver School and the McNicholas High School Athletic Booster Board. He lives in Anderson Township with his children, David Jr. and Sarah. |
Jerry Vinje Jerry has been with R. G. McGraw Insurance Agency for over ten years, specializing in all commercial lines and assists in personal lines. He has over 40 years of experience in the personal, commercial, property and casualty industries. He graduated from the University of Minnesota and is an Associate in Risk Management (A.R.M.). Jerry has served as an instructor for the Cincinnati Insurance Board, formally was the underwriting manager for St. Paul, and has worked for several independent agencies. Jerry lives with his wife on the west side of Cincinnati, and is involved with youth sports with his grandson. |
David Dabbelt David joined R. G. McGraw Insurance Agency, Inc. in 2005 with 30 years in the insurance industry in marketing and underwriting both commercial and personal lines with property and casualty companies and a national broker. He is licensed agent in Ohio and is finishing up work on CPCU designation. David graduated from Bowling Green University with a B.A. in Finance & Insurance, and lives with his wife in West Chester. |
Brigette Herring Brigette joined R. G. McGraw Insurance Agency back in 2004, and is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (C.P.C.U.) and Certified Insurance Counselor (C.I.C.). She is a licensed agent in the State of Ohio and member of the CPCU Society. She has over 15 years of experience both in personal and commercial lines and works in commercial lines at R. G. McGraw, quoting and renewing package, liability, property, auto, umbrella, executive risk, accident, floor, cargo, inland marine and various other coverages. She lives in eastern Cincinnati with her wonderful husband and three boys, a huge golden retriever and a vicious cat! |
Peggy Lampson Peggy specializes in small commercial business and large personal accounts and has been with R. G. McGraw Insurance Agency for over 10 years. She has 30 years insurance experience having worked both with companies and agencies. She lives in Villa Hills, KY. |
Amy Rigby Amy joined the R. G. McGraw Insurance Agency in 2009 and works closely with Michael McGraw. She has been in a customer support position for several years. She lives with her husband and children on the western side of Cincinnati. |
